Each product is meticulously crafted by hand using high-quality semi-precious materials. We quality check each item personally to ensure you'll be happy with your order!

Do not apply water or jewelry cleaning products as this may damage the pieces.

Do not wear your jewelry swimming or in saunas or steam rooms. To keep the quality of your special piece, we suggest avoiding water contact.

As we have a chunky statement styles, we suggest storing and traveling with jewelry in a protected case to avoid the posts being damaged.

We would be happy to help you return or exchange your order!

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging. Please contact us at info@aasidenewyork.com to begin your returns process.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

We are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons - although we are more than happy to exchange in cases of broken/faulty products or provide a credit!

- Reason for Return

Our team will then share our returns address and instructions. You will be asked to arrange shipment back to us within 7 days of email communication.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.

Aaside will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping service.

Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Please note that your return will only be accepted if it meets our returns criteria.

The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
